The hybrid exhibition 1 Cancer Patient will open at DANK Haus, 4740 N. Western Ave. Chicago, IL 60625 from Friday, April 30.
**Attendance will be limited – ADVANCE REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.**
1 Cancer Patient was created by cancer thriver Traci Asher and Chicago photographer Warren Perlstein. The intent of the show is to ease fears of the unknown often felt by women diagnosed with cancer. Even though we might share a similar journey, we all walk through it differently. Five artists will use their unique skills to prove the theory that this disease can be fought with humor, beauty, and strength. The works selected represent a wide variety of media – photography, watercolor, acrylics, oils, ceramic, fabric and assemblage.
Artists: Jane Michalski, Kaitlyn Keely, Nancy Pirri, Sara Peak Convery, and Warren Perlstein with Traci Asher.
Due to COVID restrictions, advance registration is required at
