    The goal of the agency is to be an educational resource for the community we serve. To not only protect customers but help them understand why insurance protection is important. Building relationships will be at the core of everything we do.
    Sales Responsibilities
    • Generate new business by prospecting for clients through internet leads, networking, cold calling and referrals
    • Create and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance policies and/or upsell existing business
    • Build on existing relationships and centers of influence to create referral sources
    • Collect information from clients in order to offer them insurance products based on their specific needs
    • Stay up to date on the latest insurance product offerings/trends and be able to apply it in real time
    • Fulfill all company-established policy obligations to make sure new business issues properly and promptly
    Sales Requirements
    • Proven experience in sales
    • Ability to work in fast paced, high pressure environment
    • Comprehension of insurance products including auto, fire, life, property and health is a plus
    • Competent working with computers and Microsoft office tools
    • Goal-oriented and very competitive
    • Excellent skills in communication, presentation and organization
    • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
    • Minimum High School Diploma
    • Willingness to obtain or already have IL State Insurance licenses to sell auto, fire, life and health insurance
    • Spanish Bilingual Preferred
