DESCRIPTION:On Saturday\, August 22nd\, Alderman Pat O'Connor will once again team up with the Chicago Department of Public Health to bring families in the 40th Ward free immunizations for children ages birth to 18 years of age. The Chicago CareVan will be stationed outside the 40th Ward Service Office.\n\n\n\nAll immunizations that are recommended by the CDC\, with the exception of varicella (chickenpox) vaccine will be provided. It is required that parents bring their child's shot record with them. For the safety of your child\, it is important for the nurse to know what shots your child has already received and when they were given.
