DESCRIPTION:Join Bloom's new book club\, a companion program to the workshop "Movement\, Meditation and Conversations on Aging (MMCA)." If you haven't completed the workshop yet\, you're still welcome to join this group!\n\nThe book club meets on Thursday evenings\, six times over the course of one year (once every other month) and features six books on a variety of aging-related topics. The book list includes works of fiction\, science-based non-fiction\, memoirs\, etc.\; something for everyone.\n\nSee the first three books below and review the annotated bibliography here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1G_ZYQfT7TS0fbu8x-q-bm192jk541X0wU8IEFlXs0jk/edit?usp=sharing\n\nEach two-hour session starts with a sixty-minute gentle yoga practice\, transitions to a fifty-minute group discussion\, and closes with a ten-minute meditation. This new offering enables participants to continue building connections with others in the Bloom yoga community who share similar interests.
