SUMMARY:CAWC Benefit Night at the Atlantic Bar
DESCRIPTION:The Atlantic Bar is once again collaborating with Tottenham Hotspur Chicago\, the Chicago Red Stars of the National Women's Soccer League and their supporters group Local 134 to host a benefit night for Connections for Abused Women and their Children (CAWC). CAWC is an organization committed to ending domestic violence by using a self-help\, empowerment approach. They provide a shelter for women and children\, counseling\, advocacy\, and a 24-hour hotline for people affected by domestic violence.\n\n \n\nThe benefit night will be Wednesday\, May 24th\, 2017 from 6:30 PM to 10 PM at the Atlantic Bar (5062 N Lincoln Ave\, Chicago). We will have several soccer players from the Red Stars out\, as well as their mascot\, an open bar and appetizer buffet\, a general trivia contest\, and a silent auction with a wide variety of excellent items. It will be a fun\, merry\, and family-friendly affair. All are welcome.
