Backpacks too heavy for your child's spine can cause lifelong damage.  Bring your child and their full packpack to Ravenswood Health Center on August 25th from 12-2pm for complimentary backpack and posture checks.  Staff will be on hand to properly fit your child's backpack\, demonstrate healthy lunch packing choices\, and provide a complimentary scan of your child's spine.
