Come celebrate French Independence Day at The Chopping Block and enjoy cooking demonstrations with our professional chefs\, samples of delectable French fare\, and tastings of French wines and a specialty cocktail.\n\nWe're turning the first floor of our Lincoln Square location (patio included) into a French f te! Our chefs will be demonstrating how to prepare mouth-watering French recipes so you can learn how to recreate the classics at home. \n\nCome learn how to make:\n\n\n	Croque Monsieur\n	Bistro Salad with Croutons and Poached Eggs\n	Grilled Ratatouille\n	Tarte Flamb e (Alsatian Onion and Bacon Pizza). \n\n\nWe'll provide tastings of:\n\n\n	Herbs de Provence Popcorn\n	Goug res (French Cheese Puffs)\n	Mini Smoked Salmon and Asparagus Quiche\n	Cr pes with Chocolate Sauce\n	Fresh Fruit with Pastry Cream\n\n\nTastings of two French red wines\, two French white wines\, and a French 75 cocktail will be provided during the event\, but we'll also have glasses and bottles of wine for sale during the event.
