DESCRIPTION:DANK Haus Sommercamp is a great way to stay connected with German language and culture while school is on break ... or to get a first taste of it. We have two fun-packed weeks planned for 4-8 and 9-12 year old "apprentices" exploring "Berufe" (professions). We will find inspiration for hands-on projects when visiting local professionals like fashion and interior designers\, Lincoln Square bakers and cooks\, purchase ingredients at the Farmers Market right outside our doors\, haul food donations and unclaimed lost&found clothing to the The Friendship Center\, say "Hallo" to Yoga instructors ... Sommercamp is hosted from August 6 through 17. Base hours are 9am - 3pm. Before & after care is available. Flexible registration for one or two weeks possible.
