DESCRIPTION:April 11\, 2016 From April 30 to May 21\, 2016\, the DANK Haus German American Cultural Center hosts an exclusive art exhibit by Alexander Solotzew\, an internationally acclaimed German-American avant-garde artist. \n\nThis solo exhibition is called "With Colors around the world" and features Alexander's most recent artworks\, inspired by his journeys across the world. The paintings will be presented on a wide range of mediums: oil on canvas\, mixed media\, water colors and graphic. \n\nThe grand opening will take place at 4:00pm on Friday\, April 30 in the Scharpenberg Gallery at the DANK Haus. The exhibition will be held during weekdays from 11:00 am -3:00 pm. Please call 941-780-2897 to make an appointment for an individual tour on the weekends.
