DESCRIPTION:While every day should be Independent Book Store Day - The Book Cellar will be celebrating the event this Saturday\, April 29th.\nFestivities at The Book Cellar will include:\n\n  Exclusive books and merchandise available day only!\n\n  Surprise discounts on every book purchase!\n\n  Specialty literary cocktails and Garret's Popcorn!\n\n  Raffle for book-lover prizes!\n\n  Photo-op with literary legends\, Austen and Poe!\n\n  At 1PM\, special guest\, Eli's Cheesecake author\, Maureen Schulman\, with tips and tastes to share!\n\n \n\nWe are also participating in the  #MyChicagoBookstore Challenge\, which encourages book lovers to indulge in bookstore tourism by visiting 10 or more stores on that one day.\n\nTo begin your trip\, you can pick up a #MyChicagoBookstore carabiner and a first "luggage tag" from the store of your choice with an initial purchase of $25 or more.\n\nAdditional bookstore visits throughout the day (no purchase required) enable you to collect an additional tag at each subsequent bookstore.
