Learn how to make this classic dish from Schleswig-Holstein\, Lower Saxony\, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and Hamburg.\n\nYou will fall in love with this interesting combination\; the slight bitterness of the beans\, the sweetness of the pears\, and the smokiness from the pork belly\n\n\n\nThere are plenty of hands on opportunities for students as well as tasting opportunities.\n\nNominal class fee of $16 includes demonstration\, recipes\, one drink and tasting\n\n\n\nWe know your Oma made it better - that was the love.\n\nThis event is Friday March 22 2013  at 7:30 pm.
