SUMMARY:Let's Have Dinner and Talk About Death
DESCRIPTION:Life Matters Media is participating in what will be a nationwide dinner initiative on National Healthcare Decisions Day\, a day to inspire Americans to express their wishes regarding their future health care.\n\n\n\nThe Conversation Project is organizing "Death Over Dinner" in cities across the country\, and Life Matters Media is delighted to facilitate this event here in Chicago. \n\n \n\nWe hope that our event and dinners in other cities will spark more Americans than ever before to consider\, communicate and document their end of life plans. In addition to the actual dinner\, this is a major national media initiative\; we encourage you to participate and serve as examples for others!\n\n \n\nWe are hosting this event in Lincoln Square as part of our neighborhood initiative\; Lincoln Square is the community where many of our programs are planned through 2016 to "Start the Conversation" throughout the area.
