For more information visit www.chicagotangofest.com.\n\n\n\nWorkshops\n\n\n\nWorkshops taught by two award-winning tango couples:\n\n\n\nGuillermo Merio & Fernanda Ghi (Argentina)\n\nLuciano Brigante & Alejandra Orozco (Argentina/Mexico)\n\n\n\nTangata\n\nWednesday\, August 24th\, 8:30pm\n\n\n\nThe Old Town School of Folk Music in partnership with the American Tango Institute present Tangata to kick off the Tango on the Town Festival at Old Town School of Folk Music on August 24th - 28th.  This ensemble\, led by Uruguayan violinist Victoria Moreira\, combines talent of Argentina\, Uruguay and the US\, echoing the teeming port cities that gave birth to the music and dance of tango and will feature a guest bandoneonist.\n\n\n\nFree ticketed event.  $5 suggested donation. | BOX OFFICE: 773.728.6000 for reservations.
