Then we'll move on to Savory Spice to discuss\, demo\, and taste some interesting dishes made with boozy marinades\, glazes\, and brines. We'll also talk about boozy baking\, having "spirited" fun with gelees\, and other essential topics such as deglazing (among others\, like "is it safe for kids?") before heading back to Vom Fass to enjoy an apertif and dessert.\n\nAttendees leave with a swag bag of spices and booze to help start them on their own kitchen adventure.
