Fermented in stainless steel with good old fashioned Chicago ice to cool its fermentation\, we maintained all the great aromas in the glass. On the palate it shows a fuller body with a round velvet finish!\n\n\n\nViognier presentation and tasting will start promptly at 7:30 PM.\n\n\n\nYour ticket includes:\n\n- Wine tasting of all current varieties\, including the Viognier\n\n- One full glass of choice\n\n- Winery tour and presentation with winemaker and founder\, Warner DeJulio\n\n- Cheese platter and charcuterie\n\n\n\nSharing is at the core of everything we do - come share this special night with us!
