Hormone Yoga Therapy, HYT, is a 30 min sequence that has been helping women all over the world feel like themselves again. This practice isn’t only for Menopause; it helps with PMS, PMDD, Infertility, Under Active Thyroid, Perimenopause, PCOS and more. HYT also can help you transition into menopause without any symptoms, or it will greatly reduce them.
This demo is an introduction to the upcoming 8 hour in-person workshop, Aging with Grace: Hormone Yoga Therapy, on July 30 & 31st. In this 90 minute introduction, you will get a taste of the practice and it's benefits. You will leave with a daily warm up practice that helps with joint mobility, digestion and increased energy, a handout for reference and guided video.
