If you’re tired of feeling achy and stiff at the end of the day, let this workshop empower you with tools and skills to take control of your health and wellbeing.
Join Jessica in a specialty, small group workshop that focuses on yoga as a means of back and neck care. Learn how to strengthen supporting muscles, protect joints and connective tissue, relieve disc compression, and modify postures with simple props.
Most of us experience pain in our back and neck due to a number of reasons; stress, injuries, muscle-weakness, strain from the repetitiveness daily work and home life. Some of us carry tension in our jaws, shoulders, or upper back. Others spend the day in front of a computer leaving our lower back and neck achy. Regardless of your experience, this workshop will introduce you to a gentle yoga practice to alleviate back and neck pain, and explore how yoga can help promote general health and well-being.

Jessica Gonsiorowski has extensive training in Anatomy and Kinesiology as well as over 150 hours of training in therapeutic yoga.
