Fire & Flow Yoga Series
Calling all soccer moms, wellness seekers, or anyone who needs to breathe deeper — this is for you! The Fire Pitch is partnering with The Love U Collective to host a signature 8-week yoga series from September 26 – November 12. Each week will focus on a different element through intentional movement, reflection, and breathwork. No experience is needed, so come as you are!
10/1 Theme: Space
Instructor: Abby
- We’ll root down and find stability in a grounding class focused on the hips and back. This practice will help you release tension and connect with the foundational energy of the root chakra, creating a secure base for all that you do.
