German Masters of the Piano performed by Mark Valenti

DANK Haus German American Cultural Center presents an evening of six German masters on the grand piano performed by Mark Valenti in the Marunde Ballroom.
Enjoy of the some of the loveliest examples of early German Romanticism. During the composition of Variations Sérieuses Felix Mendelssohn remarked to a friend, “I've never enjoyed myself so much.”

About Mark Valenti
Mark Valenti received his Master of Music from Northwestern University, Bachelor of Music from the Philadelphia Musical Academy and has studied with such notable teachers as Benjamin Whitten, Zoltan Kocsis and Mary Sauer. In addition to giving solo recitals in cities throughout the U.S., Mr. Valenti has performed in France, Belgium, Hungary and Luxembourg as well as for former First Lady Barbara Bush in Washington, D.C.
