Halloween Happenings Trick-or-Treat event! Trick or treat at your favorite participating businesses along Rockwell, Lincoln, Damen and Montrose!
Special events include:
- 9:00 am-12:00 pm Halloween Costume Contest and Fundraiser at jookie, a portrait boutique.
- 11:00 am Spooky Story time featured by The Book Cellar in Giddings Plaza
- 12:00 pm Pumpkin Decorating *while supplies last*
- 2:00 pm Dog Parade and Costume Contest sponsored by Ruff Haus Pets!
