At InPowered Yoga, we want to live in a world where we celebrate our shared humanity and believe that we are becoming increasingly disconnected from ourselves and each other, leading to polarization, and enmity.  We believe that being grounded in our bodies leads to self-awareness, compassion, and connection. Our mission is to offer a suite of services to support our community in connecting with themselves and each other in vulnerable and compassionate ways. We believe in bringing high quality programming to everyone in the community in an ethical and socially conscious way.
