Fundraiser-mixer for the Horner Park Advisory Council, HPAC. Schumacher Imports has generously donated flavoured brandy, cognac and liqeurs for a night of flight tasting, sampling delightful food from the kitchen of The Red Lion Lincoln Square, while meeting and greeting new and old friends. Good food, good spirits, good fun. Sample menu include: Strawberry-kiwi Cottage Cake infused with peach brandy, Venison Skewers marinated in Blackberry brandy and curry and Cognac Peppercorn Liver Pate.
