Sales Associate

Now seeking a part-time Sales Associate to join the Genevieve team, whose primary responsibility will be to ensure an optimal customer experience from start to finish, ultimately maximizing sales.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and/or retail, and be a positive and warm individual who enjoys working with people. Knowledge of fashion not required, but preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring a positive experience

• Prep inventory for sale, from initial receipt, to tagging and steaming

• Assist with development of social media content

• Support Manager in brainstorming promotions and other ways to drive customer traffic, assist with execution of any promotions

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or retail (min 1 year)

• Part-time availability with schedule flexibility, hours to be determined based on availability; weekend availability required

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; friendly and energetic demeanor

• Willingness to work in a fun, fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with social media and other marketing tools
