Northwestern Medicine is excited to open a Primary Care Practice and Immediate Care Center in the heart of Lincoln Square. Our Primary Care, which opened 12/1/21 office offers appointments for Primary Care, Cardiology, Dermatology and Endocrinology. Our Immediate Care Center will open on 1/4/21. We look forward to serving the medical needs of the Lincoln Square community.
