    Full-Time Salary Range: $45,000-$60,000*

    Who We’re Looking For:

    This is not a traditional administrative role. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive right hand to the CEO. Someone who anticipates needs, removes obstacles, and helps keep both the CEO and the organization operating at a high level. This person thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings order to complexity. Once this person is trained, they can execute their tasks with minimal oversight. If you are resourceful, detail-oriented, and energized by being at the center of operations, strategy, and execution, this could be a strong fit.

    You will succeed in this role if you:

    -Naturally spot inconsistencies and fix them
    -Prefer clear processes, systems, and expectations
    -Learn new tools and platforms quickly
    -Take satisfaction in precision, organization, and follow-through

    Primary Duties (Not Limited To):

    Executive & Administrative Support:
    -Manage calendars, scheduling, and logistics with a high level of accuracy
    -Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
    -Prepare and organize documents, reports, and communications
    -Support structured workflows that keep leadership operating efficiently

    Systems, Data & Process Management:
    -Maintain and manage databases/CRMs with precision and consistency
    -Ensure data accuracy, organization, and proper documentation
    -Follow and uphold established processes—and improve them when needed
    -Learn and navigate multiple systems and platforms quickly

    Project & Operational Support:
    -Assist in keeping projects on track through detailed coordination and tracking
    -Execute tasks independently with minimal oversight once trained
    -Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or inefficiencies and proactively address them

    Marketing & Digital Support:
    -Update and maintain websites and digital platforms (company and client)
    -Support marketing execution and content coordination
    -Ensure consistency and accuracy across communications

    Events & Execution
    -Provide occasional onsite event support (logistics, setup, execution)
    -Assist with operational details that ensure smooth event delivery

    Skills/Credentials You Must Possess:

    -2+ years of experience in administrative, operations, data, or systems-focused roles
    -Strong attention to detail—accuracy matters in everything you do
    -Excellent organizational and time management skills
    -Ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems and tools
    -Strong written communication skills (clear, concise, and accurate)
    -Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRMs and digital platforms preferred
