Love Your Body Workshop + Restorative Yoga Saturday January 20th, 9am - 12pm
The Love Your Body Workshops creates a safe space for education and open conversation about beauty standards, body image, and self-acceptance. Material involves body image education, coping skills, and the opportunity to redefine beauty standards. Our society is filled with altered social media posts often leaving those wondering why they don’t look a certain way. Our beauty standards involve those who are young, have a perfect body, face, and skin. This workshop intends to offer support to allow you to live life with confidence and define what beauty means to you. Following the workshop will be a 60-minute restorative yoga class that allows you to be still, come back to your body, and release tension through light stretching. Let’s say f*ck the beauty standards and start living life with confidence and self-acceptance!
