FINCH’S BEER COMPANY BEER DINNER AT TROQUET RAVENSWOOD

 

Troquet Ravenswood and Finch’s Beer Company are excited to announce a special Beer Dinner on President’s Day, Monday, February 17. The neighborhood French Bar will offer diners the choice of four burgers that perfectly pair with a flight of four Finch’s Beer Company beers. The burger and beer flight special will be available all day for $20, not inclusive of tax or gratuity.

 

Burger Options Include:

·      Crispy Pork Belly, Smoked Apple Butter and Cambozola Cheese

·      Bacon & Date Jam, Sharp White Cheddar and Arugula

·      Confit Sweet Peppers, Baby Spinach and Chèvre Cheese

·      Jalapeno Jelly, Pepperjack Cheese and Spicy, Fried Fascist Pig Ale Onion Rings

 

Finch’s Beer Flight Includes:

·      Cut Throat Pale Ale

Fresh and hoppy with balancing malts; 5.6% ABV

·      Threadless IPA

Hoppy and bitter with a citrus finish; 6.0% ABV

·      Fascist Pig Ale

American red ale, caramel malts, touch of rye for spice; 8.0% ABV

·      Secret Stache Stout

Robust stout, vanilla bean and lactose, notes of chocolate and coffee; 5.3% ABV

 

In addition, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. representatives from Finch’s Beer Company will be available at Troquet Ravenswood to answer questions and engage with patrons.
