DANK Haus German American Cultural Center invites you into the kitchen for a special cooking experience.
German cuisine goes well beyond Bratwurst and sauerkraut!
Learn how to incorporate your favorite German spices and seasonings into oils and salts to add a bit of German flair to any recipe.
Attendees will use these tips to create a delicious meal of roasted cauliflower soup with chive oil and rye crostini, caraway and dill seed crusted salmon, and a shaved brussel sprout slaw.
There are plenty of hands on opportunities for students as well as tasting opportunities.
Nominal class fee of $16 includes demonstration, recipes, one drink and tasting
