    Join us for our September Kulturküche German Inspired Cooking Class. We will be learning first hand from Chef Peter Andros, also known as the Sausage König, how to hand craft Blaue Zipfel from scratch.

    You’ll put your knife and sausage grinding skills to good use as you prepare, encase, and cook this delicious dish! Steaming with onions, your friends and family will love this lovely addition to your cooking repertoire!
