Christy Chiappone, a local mortician, will join us for the evening to answer all of our questions about death as well as share some interesting stories from her years in the field. She would like to bring the death experience out of the dark. She will discuss what you as family members rolls are in death, what the city requires you to do and your choices in burying your dead loved ones. She would love to take questions to dispel any stereotypes you might have of the industry and to help you understand what happens when you die.

Physical matter, as well as energy, can never be created or destroyed, only changed, rearranged, transferred from one form to another. What does this say of life? What does this say of death? What does this say of the soul? These are questions and themes that Morbid Orchid Co explores through taxidermy, mummification, skeletal articulation, and more.
Ticket price is $10, this is to cover the cost of the space, snacks and artist materials.
