Where did the Lincoln Square Farmers Market Go?!?!

The Lincoln Square Farmers Market is relocating for the entire 2024 season. The new venue will be situated further down Lincoln Ave, specifically in the parking lot at 4513 N Lincoln Ave, Chicago, IL 60625. This move was prompted by the commencement of the Lincoln Brown Line Area Improvement Project, a project focused on the redesign of the CTA Plaza and its adjacent parking lot—the current home of the farmers market. Rather than facing potential disruptions or, worse, cancellations during the construction, the decision was made to relocate for the entire season. Numerous beloved vendors, including Noffke Family Farms, Mick Klug, Dotson's Farm, Los Rodriguez, Jacobson's Family Farms, Compean & Son's, Breadman Bakery, Nourish, Dorothy's Bakery, Yang Town, Dinky's Delights, Stampers Cheese, and many more, will be participating, promising both returning favorites and exciting additions for the season!

Market Operations
Who runs the Lincoln Square Farmers Market?

The Tuesday and Thursday Lincoln Square Farmers Market is run by the Lincoln Square Ravenswood Chamber of Commerce, a 501(c) 6 not-for-profit organization that supports the Lincoln Square and Ravenswood business communities.
Where does the Market take place?

The Lincoln Square Farmers Market is held at 4513 N Lincoln Ave. (2024 season only!) In the parking lot on the east side of Lincoln Ave just north of Sunnyside Ave.
How do I get to the Market? Is there parking?

There is no parking available within the footprint of the farmers market.

If driving, there are metered parking spots along Lincoln Avenue, as well as free parking by Welles Park and Sulzer Library.

If taking transit, the market is also serviced by CTA Bus Routes 78, 49, 49B, and 49X
What are the Market hours?

The 2024 Tuesday morning Farmers Market runs May 7 - November 19. Hours are 7:00 am - 12:00 pm.

The 2023 Thursday night Farmers Market runs May 2 - October 31. Hours are 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm.

Is the Market cancelled when it rains?

The Lincoln Square Farmers Market is rain or shine. In cases of severely inclement weather and/or high winds that could impact safety, the Market Manager may opt to cancel at their own discretion. Updates will be posted to the Market Instagram and Facebook pages and other Chamber of Commerce social media sites.
Does the Market accept Link and/or WIC/FMNP coupons?

The Markets does accept LINK and LINK Match.

WIC/FMNP coupons may be used for produce and honey only, and only with vendors who have registered with the program. Each coupon is worth precisely $10. No change can be provided for purchases totaling less than $10.
Are pets allowed at the Market?

Well behaved pets (accompanied by well behaved owners) are always welcome! Please know that there are a lot of people around, a lot of small kids, and a lot of dogs. If your pet does not enjoy situations like this, it's probably best to leave them at home.

How do I apply to become a vendor at the Market?

When does the Market accept applications? Is it too late to apply mid-season?

We're currently accepting applications for review on a rolling basis. It's never too late to submit. We had a number of vendors who joined us for a handful of dates late last season, and many are now full season vendors.
