Application Process
STEP 1. Review Rules & Guidelines + Submit Form of Interest
All vendors interested in participating in the Lincoln Square Farmers Market must first review the Market Rules & Guidelines in full. Once reviewed, vendors may submit a Vendor Form of Interest, which serves as the initial step in the application process. Submission of the Form of Interest confirms that the Rules & Guidelines have been reviewed and understood.
STEP 2. Form of Interest Review & Vendor Selection
Vendors interested in participating in the Tuesday and/or Thursday Lincoln Square Farmers Market must submit a Vendor Form of Interest by the stated due dates. Forms received after the initial deadline may be reviewed on a rolling basis, depending on availability.
Vendor selection is based on, but not limited to, the following criteria:

Completeness of the Form of Interest

Market space availability

Product mix and overall market needs
-
Vendor’s positive history with the market (if applicable)

Ability and capacity to attend scheduled market days
STEP 3. Invitation to Apply & Acceptance Application
Applicants will receive confirmation from Market Management acknowledging receipt of their Form of Interest within approximately 10 business days. Vendors selected to move forward will be invited to complete a Market Vendor Application.
Accepted vendors will be required to submit the following as part of the Acceptance Application:

All required permits, licenses, and/or certificates for retail sales

State of Illinois sales tax number

Commercial General Liability Insurance

A complete and detailed list of products to be sold

A 50% deposit of the total market fee
Submission of a Form of Interest does not guarantee acceptance into the market.
