Kulturküche: Obsttorte | German Fruit Cake Cass

Join us at the DANK Haus on Saturday, April 25th for a Kulturküche Cooking Class! Chef Reinhard Richter is back with another delicious class at the DANK Haus! This time we will be learning how to make Obsttorte.

What is Obsttorte? Obst (fruit) + Torte (cake) = Fruit cake.
It's exactly what it sounds like! Cake with fruit! But not the indestructible fruit cakes of holiday infamy - this Obsttorte has a light base topped with fresh fruit - the perfect treat for your spring celebrations!

All students will get hands on training from Chef Reinhard.
