    Our free monthly Intro to Yoga workshop is a great place to start. In addition to going through some basic poses, you will receive a brief introduction to the big picture of why to practice yoga in the first place as well as how to practice safely.

    Join Miss Chelsea for a weekly 60 minute Yoga class that will include yoga poses, stories, games, mindfulness, and an occasional art project to bring home. Appropriate for ages 5-8.

    During these emotionally tumultuous years, yoga can provide a safe place for tweens to feel non-competitive, introspective, present, compassionate, and connected. Tweens will explore yoga poses, breathing techniques and journaling. Appropriate for ages 9 - 12. 
     
    Childbirth Prep 3 Week Intensive with Natalie Evans
    January 14th - 28th 6:00 - 9:00pm, Fridays
    This class series is designed to prepare couples to move through the labor process in an informed way. The classes are designed to help expectant parents understand the stages of giving birth, what options are available to them and how to make their own best choices. 
     
    Movement, Meditation and Conversations on Aging with Carrie Waller
    January 22nd - February 19th 11:30am - 1:30pm, Saturdays
    Join a 5 session workshop where participants will experience yoga, meditation, self-reflection and group conversation to explore how you can optimize your chances of staying healthy in your older adult years.
