GENERAL MERCHANT: Vendor purchases or makes items and resells/sells merchandise. TABLE - space consisting of one table only. Table size cannot exceed 6 feet. BOOTH - one 8 'x 8' booth space for those requiring more room for customers to walk in and browse (ie. clothing racks) DOUBLE BOOTH - same as booth vendor, but a double booth size of 16' x 8'.

• Vendors are responsible for sharing Event Requirements, Rules and Guidelines with staff. • Space is NOT reserved until payment is received. • Exclusivity is NOT guaranteed to ANY participant. • Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. • Vendors are responsible for their own signage and equipment. • This event is meant to reflect the Lincoln Square and Ravenswood business community at its best. Any items that are brought to the event must be removed at the end of the event by the vendor. • All vendors will receive a confirmation email regarding set-up and parking. Each vendor must adhere to the established guidelines. • It is advised that all vendors have a plan for safe handling of money (i.e. a secure method for maintaining cash on-site). Please plan accordingly.

• Attendees of International Women's Day Shop will purchase tickets online prior to the day of the event. * The event will take place at Artifact Events (4325 N Ravenswood Avenue, Chicago IL, 60613) on Sunday, March 12, 2023. * Event will be held 10:00am-4:00pm. * Tickets to the event will be sold by LSRCC via an online ticketing website.

General Guidelines *

• All event participants and their employees are expected to serve as a positive representation of the community and at no time should there be any illegal activities taking place at the event. Any participant found in violation of these rules can be fined and immediately removed from the event and prosecuted at the Organizer’s discretion. • LSRCC employees, Artifact Events staff, volunteers, and participating sponsors shall NOT be responsible for any injury, loss or damage that may occur to the vendors, its employees or property prior to, during or subsequent to the period covered by the event contract. The participant signing this contract expressly releases all of the aforementioned from any and all claims from such loss, damage or injury. • LSRCC is not liable for injury or litigation arising from the products/ services you or your business offer to the public. Products offered must comply with applicable state and federal laws. • This event will be photographed and/or videotaped. By participating in this event you hereby consent to the use of your likeness and/or image in those photographs and/or video for future promotional consideration of International Women's Day Market, and the Lincoln Square Ravenswood Chamber of Commerce.
