This meeting is free and open to the public. The Affordable Care Act creates new provisions for healthcare in Illinois, and allows for states to create a Health Insurance Marketplace. Beginning Oct. 1, Illinois residents will be able to buy insurance through the Illinois Health Insurance Marketplace, an online shopping.
