You will practice a gentle & mindful Ayurvedic yoga therapy asana sequence, followed by breathwork, and a guided meditation infused with Reiki, leaving you balanced in flexibility of body & mind.
Just as everyone has a unique fingerprint, each person has a particular combination of physical, mental, and emotional characteristics which make up who you are, or your Dosha type. Many factors, both internal and external, can disturb this balance and leave us feeling fatigued physically, emotionally, and spiritually. In Ayurveda tradition, fall is known as Vata season.
