Yoga for Pelvic Health, A Hybrid Workshop with Jessie Novak

OPTIMIZE YOUR PELVIC HEALTH AND IMPROVE YOUR OVERALL HEALTH
Contrary to popular opinion, rippling "six-pack abs" don't guarantee core strength. The muscles of the pelvis & the deep abdominal muscles form the true "core" of the body. The health, strength & resilience of the muscles and organs of the pelvis can have a significant effect on your overall health and well-being. Yoga provides the tools we need to facilitate optimum pelvic health for women.
The skills and movements explored in this workshop may be helpful if you're dealing with any of the following issues:
• Chronic lower back or pelvic pain
• Recovery from pregnancy or preparing to get pregnant
• Leakage when exercising, laughing, coughing or sneezing
• Needing to go to the bathroom all the time
• Prolapsed organs
• Menstrual pain or pain during intercourse
• Curious to learn more about your pelvic health
This hybrid workshop for women will provide information and tools to develop awareness, strength, stability, flexibility & relaxation in the pelvis, pelvic floor and deep abdominal muscles. The 1st & 2nd chakras, which govern our sense of safety and emotional stability will also be addressed via yoga postures (asana), tones (mantra) and hand positions (mudra).
Attend in-person at Bloom Yoga Studio or virtually from anywhere in the world. Virtual Replay will be available to all registered for 30 days after the live workshop.
