DANK is shaking up Oktoberfest this year - hold on to your steins! This year we are serving 6 outstanding beers - 4 direct from Munich as they celebrate the 150th Oktoberfest & 2 from Chicago - after all we're German American . Plenty of Germans live in Chicago and we trust them to brew an outstanding lager. Ah but you won't be impressed just by double the beer? How about a nice Doppelbock chocolate gelato or a little apricot Riesling gelato? Now you're talking, Deutsch. What to wear to Chicago's outstanding Oktoberfest? Shop at the Rare Dirndl booth - a lauded fashion star has banished tiny flowers in favor of bauhaus and animal prints. As if the dirndl wasn't already a quite enticing ensemble. Throw in a full Alpine Sausage Stand, Schuhplattler dancing and the wunderbar Wil Smaka Band and DANK has you in Oktoberfest heaven.
