By signing up for this 90-minute workshop with Eurika you are committing to nourishing your body and nervous system. This workshop will give you the opportunity to pause, slow-down, and reflect. You will explore a quiet, grounded, and rested part of your being, leaving you with an updated sense of your whole self.
Eurika will lead you in 3 simple self-regulation practices to regulate your nervous system in everyday life, guide you through an accessible yoga practice of active asana and supported restorative poses, and host a body scan meditation with a 30-minute sound bath.
No yoga, meditation, or sound bath experience is needed to attend. Pre-registration is mandatory.
