North Park University Basketball Summer Camp Grades 1-8
The North Park Men?s Basketball program will hold a youth basketball summer camp Monday, June 21st thru Thursday, June 24th for boys and girls in grades 1-8. Session I is from 9:00-11:30a.m. and session II is from 12:30-3:00pm at the Helwig Recreation Center. The cost is only $40 for an individual session or $70 for both sessions for the entire week. Campers planning on attending both sessions should bring a bag lunch with them each day. Each camper will receive a Viking basketball, a Junior Viking t-shirt, and written analysis of your play.Session 1Skills and Development Camp covers detailed instruction on fundamentals of the game with emphasis on shooting., passing, ball-handling, rebounding, footwork and defense.Session 2Offensive Skills Camp will focus on shooting and offensive moves.
