These presentations will be filled with useful information regarding healthy family nutrition and Chicago nutritional resources. Our goal is to teach you something new and be your source for Chicago nutritional education.

The workshops will focus on tips to bring your family together and benefit from good nutrition and family bonding techniques. There will be a question and answer session following each workshop where you’ll be able to consult with the presenters.
