Satellite Office Dates for Tax Bill Assistance
To make it easier for you to get help with your property tax bill issues, the Alderman is operating more satellite offices in collaboration with the aldermanic offices in the 12th District.
At these outreach events, staff from the alderman's office will be available to review your tax bill and make sure you have all the exemptions you're entitled to. If you are found to be missing an exemption, they will help you file the paperwork necessary to correct your bill.
Please bring your most recent property tax bill as well as valid state-issued id.
If you need to apply for he 2011 Long-Time Occupant Exemption or the 2011 Senior Freeze, please bring your 2010 Federal 1040 Income Tax Form.
