The Konig Returns from New Zealand and is ready to impart his wisdom in the dark arts of sausage-making! Join us to learn the ins and outs of this essential Chicago foodcraft. Learn about casings, cuts of meat, health and food safety best practices and, OF COURSE, spicing your sausage correctly. We'll even grill up a few varieties for tasting. Courtesy of our pals at Aleman Brewing wash it down with a gratis tasting of some new and fine suds. Bring a friend or two or three. The Konig will get you ready to star this summer on the backyard grilling circuit.
