Coach Niquenya is the President and CEO of Building Bridges Consulting - a small business consulting, executive coaching, and corporate training firm specializing in transforming dreamers into successful entrepreneurs.  She has over 20 years’ experience partnering with small business owners, aspiring entrepreneurs and nonprofit startup leaders to bridge the gap between where they are now and where they need to be to build a successful, sustainable and profitable business model.  As a result of working with Coach Niquenya, entrepreneurs with bigger-than-life visions are connected to their passion, purpose, partners and processes to propel them to profit faster than they ever could on their own. She is also a professional speaker and author of several business titles.

An East Coast native, Megan has called Chicago home for 15 years. Her people skills & patience help her clients feel comfortable throughout the buying and selling process. 

In 2013, Megan decided it was time to marry her degrees in Psychology and Interior Design by entering the world of Real Estate. She has worked on a Top producing team that has continued to excel and grow their business year after year. Her strong interior design skills help buyers and sellers every step of the way. 

She currently lives in Lincoln Square with her husband and 2 sons, Max & Alex, and is very knowledgeable of the Chicago neighborhoods.

Stephen L. Hoffman has been providing compassionate representation for injured people for 33 years.  Handling matters involving personal injury, auto crashes, slip and fall injuries, workers' compensation, and medical malpractice, his aim has always been to put the client first, ensuring that all questions are answered promptly, the entire process is explained, and that each client is treated with respect.

Stephen lives with his wife Beth, dog Skye, and cat Wilson in the Ravenswood Manor area of Chicago.  He is an avid cyclist, crossword puzzle nerd, and huge fan of oddball musical acts like Ben Folds, Sleater-Kinney, and Cracker.

Born and raised in the city of Chicago, I am a proud Chicago native.  I have lived in many of Chicago’s unique neighborhoods including Lincoln Square, Portage Park, Bucktown, Lincoln Park, Lakeview, and am taking that deep understanding of the city to help my clients find their dream home and neighborhood. 

My greatest asset is the ability to connect and understand my client’s needs and help them make one of the most important decisions of their lives.  My attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and 15 years of experience in professional service has help me exceed client’s expectations and is what makes me stand out from the rest.

I have a true love for this city and its culture and work closely with animal rescue groups and shelters in my spare time.  

Tyler Forbes is a multilingual world traveler with a strong affinity for exploring new environments. Before joining AeroPay she studied French in Quebec, spent two years seeing the world, and then taught English in France. Tyler applies her multi-cultural expertise to connect with local business owners and their customers, She leads communication and partners on events with Chicago’s many community-based Chambers of Commerce. Tyler is currently pursuing a Masters in International Business Administration through Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Tyler volunteers with Seeds of Knowledge, a non-profit that supports the educational needs of under-served school children.
