We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of nail care and aesthetics, along with excellent customer service skills. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nail services while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients. Your expertise in color theory and nail design will help enhance the overall experience for our clientele.
Duties:
- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, Gel x and nail enhancements.
- Utilize knowledge of color theory to recommend suitable colors and designs to clients.
- Ensure all tools and workstations are properly sanitized in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and upselling additional services or products.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and products used for each client.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and techniques to provide innovative services.
- Assist in retail sales by promoting nail care products that complement the services provided.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized salon environment.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Nail Technician.
- Knowledge of cosmetology principles related to nail care is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Basic understanding of retail math to assist in sales transactions effectively.
Commission or hourly rate can be negotiated.
