Apple Fest kicks off fall in Chicago with a weekend chock full of fun! From local bands jamming out at the North Stage, to an array of activities for children in the Mark Mackey State Farm Kids Zone, there is sure to be something for everyone. And don't forget to bring your four-legged friends for the Pooch Costume Contest, hosted by Urban Pooch at the start of the weekend.

POOCH COSTUME CONTEST
The 14th Annual Pooch Costume Contest, sponsored by Urban Pooch, takes place at Apple Fest on Saturday, October 4th at 9:30 am. Join us for a super fun opportunity to showcase your talented pooch in front of our special panel of judges in hope of winning fun and yummy prizes!
Prizes will be awarded for the following categories: Scariest, Most Adorable, Most Creative, Best Pooch/Parent Combo, and Best Costume Overall.
2025 REGISTRATION LINK NEW: All pooches must register online by 9pm Thursday, October 2nd. On-site check-in for registered pooches begins at 8:45am Saturday, October 4th.
