Leadership Toolbox: Managing v. Leading
Interested in running a more effective business? Or gaining more insight and self confidence in yourself? As a small female business owner you have more than likely found yourself either managing or leading a team – whether they are vendors, employee’s, clients/customers or a project. These two terms can be utilized interchangeably, yet they are in fact two very separate styles with different approaches, personalities and outcomes. By taking the time to learn more about each style you will gain the insight and self confidence needed to build morale, cohesion and better communication as well as run an effective, mindful business.
