300-Unit Housing Complex Could Be Coming To Busy Lincoln Square Corner, Alderman Says

LINCOLN SQUARE — A developer could bring new housing to a bank building at the corner of Lawrence and Western avenues, but nothing formal has been pitched yet, the area’s alderman said.

An unnamed developer is considering bringing at least 300 housing units to the corner where a Fifth Third Bank sits at 4800 N. Western Ave., Ald. Andre Vasquez (40th) said at a town hall this week. Read More Here.
