    LINCOLN SQUARE — Neighborhood bar The Getaway is reopening this week after closing in early July due to an explosion in the building.

    The Getaway, 4530 N. Lincoln Ave., reopens Thursday, the bar announced on social media this week.

    “Thank you to our team, neighbors, and guests for the patience and support you’ve shown us while we’ve been away. We’re looking forward to welcoming you back to The Getaway and rejoining the Lincoln Square community,” the post reads. Read More Here.
